AI Works Today provides AI-powered automation services for businesses, including lead response, communication automation, AI receptionist services, workflow automation, and related consulting. Specific services, deliverables, pricing, and terms for clients are set out in a separate written agreement between AI Works Today and the client. If a client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from AI Works Today related to customer service, appointment and inquiry follow-up, account notifications, and — with your express consent — informational and marketing messages.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Some communications facilitated by our services are generated or handled by artificial intelligence. Consistent with applicable law, AI-driven interactions are disclosed as such, and where available you may request a human representative. AI-generated responses are provided for convenience and efficiency; they may occasionally contain errors, and important decisions should be confirmed with a human.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including telemarketing and messaging laws such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM;
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized messages, spam, or communications to recipients who have not consented;
- Infringe the rights of others, or transmit harmful, unlawful, or deceptive content;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of our services.
5. Intellectual Property
The website, its content, and our service materials are owned by AI Works Today LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients receive rights to deliverables as specified in their client agreement.
6. Payment
Fees for services are set out in the applicable client agreement or order. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the client agreement or required by law.
7. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Works Today LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if no such payments were made.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Works Today LLC and its members, officers, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Client engagements terminate as provided in the applicable client agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
