• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• You are responsible for having the legal right and any required consent to contact the leads and customers processed through services we build for you.

3AI-generated content

Our services use artificial intelligence. AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete and are provided without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions.

4Intellectual property

Our site content, tools, templates, and methods remain our property. Any configuration built for you under a service agreement is governed by that agreement.

5Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Any figures or examples discussed are illustrative and not guarantees of results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as set out in your service agreement.

6Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

7Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
