AI Works Today LLC ("AI Works Today," "we," "us") builds and operates AI-powered automation for businesses. This page explains, in plain language, how artificial intelligence is used in our services, what we commit to, and what you should know. These AI Terms supplement our Terms of Service and are incorporated by reference into our client agreements.
1. Our No-Training Commitment
We do not use your business data to train AI models. Your customer lists, message content, leads, documents, and business information are used only to deliver the services you engaged us for — never to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models, ours or anyone else's.
Most AI companies' contracts claim broad rights to your data. Ours says the opposite, in writing — and we commit that no future update to these terms will weaken this promise.
2. Honest Limitations of AI
AI is powerful, but it is not perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise:
- AI-generated responses can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date;
- AI output should be treated as assistance, not as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice;
- Important or consequential decisions should always be confirmed by a human — and in our systems, they are (see Section 4);
- Where an interaction is AI-driven, it is disclosed as such, and where available you may request a human representative.
3. Third-Party AI & Service Providers
Our services are built on established providers, each of which processes data under its own terms and safeguards:
- Anthropic — AI language models (Claude);
- Twilio — SMS and telephony infrastructure;
- Retell AI — AI voice interactions;
- Stripe — payment processing.
This list may change as our services evolve; material changes are communicated per Section 6. Our no-training commitment in Section 1 extends to how we configure and contract with these providers.
4. Human Review on Consequential Decisions
Any workflow that touches consequential decisions about people — including hiring and employment-related screening — includes mandatory human review. AI may organize, score, or summarize, but a human makes the decision.
5. Acceptable Use
Our services may only be used lawfully and with proper consent. Clients and users may not use our AI systems to send unsolicited messages, violate telemarketing or messaging laws (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM), deceive recipients, or generate unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend services used in violation of these terms, as detailed in our client agreements.
6. Updates to These AI Terms
If we make a material change to these AI Terms, we will notify clients by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect — no quiet changes. And as stated above, no update will ever weaken our no-training commitment.
