This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at aiworkstoday.io, our services, and our text messaging (SMS) programs.

Program description: AI Works Today sends text messages related to customer service, appointment and inquiry follow-up, account notifications, and — only with your express consent — informational and marketing messages about our services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
Opt out at any time: Reply STOP to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out with one final message, and no further messages will be sent.

Your consent is not shared: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You consent to receive text messages from AI Works Today when you provide your phone number and expressly agree to receive texts — for example, by checking an unchecked opt-in box on a web form, replying to an inquiry by text, or providing written consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Our services use artificial intelligence to help businesses respond to and manage communications. In accordance with applicable law, including Georgia law, interactions handled by an AI system are disclosed as such. When you interact with one of our AI-powered systems, you will be informed that you are communicating with AI, and you may request to be connected with a human where available. Where our systems help evaluate people for consequential purposes — such as organizing or scoring job applicants — they assist and summarize only: we do not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects, a human reviews and makes each such decision, and you may request human review of any such outcome. We do not use personal information, message content, or client business data to train AI models; this commitment is stated in full in our AI Terms & Commitments.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting, communications, and payment providers), under obligations to protect your information;
- With our clients, when we process communications on their behalf as a service provider;
- For legal reasons, if required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, where information may transfer as a business asset.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Our core service providers currently include Anthropic (AI language models), Twilio (SMS and telephony), Retell AI (voice AI), Stripe (payment processing), and our website hosting provider. We keep the current provider list published on our AI Terms & Commitments page.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- SMS: Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help.
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access and deletion: Contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and clients will also be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before a material change takes effect — no quiet changes. We will not expand how we use personal information without notice; in particular, we will not adopt any use of personal information to train AI models. No material change applies retroactively to information collected under an earlier version of this policy without consent.
